Narrow escape for Thai psychiatrist after he and his kids leave Manchester Arena early

LONDON: A Thai psychiatrist narrowly avoided the devastating bomb blast in the northern English city of Manchester on Monday evening as he had left the targeted concert shortly before it finished, in order to catch a train.
