U.S. trying to promote crisis in Venezuela – foreign minister

NEW YORK (Reuters) – The United States is trying to promote a humanitarian crisis in Venezuela by imposing new sanctions, Foreign Affairs Minister Jorge Arreaza said on Friday after the sanctions were announced by the White House.
