DUBAI (Reuters) – Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued a decree on Tuesday reorganising the National Security Agency and appointing Lieutenant General Adel bin Khalifa Al Fadhel as its new president, effective immediately, the state news agency said.
