EU's Tusk says ready to ramp up sanctions against North Korea

BRUSSELS (Reuters) – The European Union is prepared to ramp up sanctions against North Korea after it conducted its sixth and most powerful nuclear test on Sunday, European Council President Donald Tusk said.
