Merkel plans phone call with Putin in North Korea – spokesman

BERLIN (Reuters) – Chancellor Angela Merkel plans to discuss the crisis in North Korea in a telephone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, her spokesman Steffen Seibert said on Monday.
