NEW YORK (Reuters) – A U.S. judge on Friday rejected an effort by Joaquin Guzman, the accused Mexican drug lord known as "El Chapo," to dismiss a massive international narcotics conspiracy indictment on the ground he was extradited improperly to Brooklyn.
