MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia is preparing retaliatory measures in response to U.S. sanctions on some Russian companies and citizens over alleged connections to North Korea, RIA news agency cited Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov as saying on Thursday.
