Ukraine's Poroschenko rejects Russia's 'hybrid' peackeeping offer

UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) – Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko dismissed a Russian proposal to deploy U.N. peacekeepers in eastern Ukraine as an effort to legalize its proxies and freeze the conflict.
